A Boutique, Nurse Practitioner-led dementia and high-acuity care for seniors in Quincy and the Columbia Basin

A Clinical Heart in a Home Setting

Founded on the belief that seniors deserve more than institutional care, QAFH provides high-acuity residential support led by both medical and nursing experts.

Our small, nature-centered, boutique environment is designed specifically for four residents, ensuring that personalized clinical oversight and dignity are at the forefront of everyday care.

Dignity in Every Detail

Our home is meticulously designed to reduce anxiety and promote safety. From secure layouts for memory care to accessible common areas, every corner supports resident independence.

By maintaining a maximum of four residents, we offer a tranquil, noise-controlled sanctuary unlike any large facility.
